This oven was a Christmas gift, and we finally got an opportunity to use it in the beginning of March. Unfortunately, it ended up being a piece of junk. When the oven reached temperature, the door had to be pried open and then would not go back on until the oven cooled. When at temperature, the turntable also failed to operate. This was a huge waste of money.

The oven came quickly so that was good. There was a part missing. It was the handle for the part that rotates the stone from the outside. I sent a request for the part to be sent. It has been 3 weeks. They said it would be a week and I have a tracking number that just says they are waiting on the part. It is hard to use the oven correctly without the part. This is very irritating.The stone itself does not fit into the holder inside the oven. The holder is a die cast part so I can't bend it so that the stone fits. I had to shave down the stone in three spots so that it would fit on the holder. The front door of the oven did not quite fit and I had to bend it a bit for it to work like the video. It is hit or miss whether it is easy to get open or if I have to struggle with it. I have used the oven three times and am getting used to all the quirks to some degree.I feel at times like I am in a scene from a bad movie.I do like that I can use either wood pellets or propane. I have tried both and like the propane better as I can get the temperature up more reliably. The pizza cutter is very cheap and does not work well. The pizza peel is round and hard to use to initially shimmy the pizza on to the stone. I had high hopes for this but my first impression is a little disappointed. If they ever send me the handle to turn the stone, it will be easier to use, but now I have to open the door and use insulated gloves to turn it. Customer service responds quickly to my messages but has yet to provide the part. I think you might be better to pay up a little bit and get a higher quality product. I wanted the stability of four legs, portability, options for fuel, and the ability to turn the pizza from the outside without opening the door every 20 seconds. I got the first three so far but remain disappointed in the door, the fact that the stone doesn't fit, and the inability to rotate the pizza.

I have tried to use it 3 times now with propane and cannot get it to stay lit. I used two different bottles. I will try wood next. Just ordered some

I haven't used it yet. Assembly instructions are vague; there is a large gap around the chimney that doesn't show in any of the photos exposing the insulation. The bracket for the handle on the back was riveted on upside down and even if it was right the handle will not fit into it.All in all, it seems very sturdy and looks nice, other than the issue with the chimney.I have contacted the seller but so far no response.

First I want to say customer service is top notch! They responded to my email in less than a day and fixed our problem immediately. Love having the rotating stone. Comes with all the accessories you need. Great for camping or a sleepover with grandkids😁. Highly recommend this pizza oven and this seller.

This oven works great with gas. Using the wood was very hard. Not impossible. But there is definitely a learning curve to it

We bought this oven because it was a true dual fuel out of the box. No need to purchase a $200 attachment like the much more expensive Solo Pizza Oven. Set up was easy with the provided tools. Basically just screwing on the handle, etc. Oven is well built and solid. Was amazed when it was at full heat the interior was registering 750 degrees but the outside only registered around 290 degrees. Yes that is hot but the insulation is very good in my opinion. We have only used the propane element so far, but this was the reason we bought it. Much easier than dealing with wood or pellets. Went from pizza dough to cooked pizza in about 60 to 90 seconds once the oven is up to temp! It is a bit heavy to move but is quite mobile. I would recommend buying an infrared thermometer to measure the temp of the pizza stone. I found ours quite handy.
