How to record in 4K or high-definition?
- Confirm that “Resolution” in the Setup menu is set properly. With video resolution 4k 2880x2160 24FPS or 1920x1080 60FPS (highly recommended), ORDRO camcorder can record extremely high quality video and capture wonderful moment.
- The foldout view screen is flexible so if you turn it around you can be doing selfies and see what you look like and whether you're centered in the shot or not.
Important Tips
- Z88 camcorder is recommended for beginners, not for professional! and easy to make vlogging and youtube videos.
- Using a tripod (not included) is recommended and in a good light when recording.
- Be careful not to move the camera when you press the shutter button.
- 4K images can be played back when this unit is connected to 4K compatible TV.

Surprisingly - Photos and videos are of excellent quality, convenient delivery set: exactly what you need. Optical zoom is a big plus!! My daughter loves this camcorder!

I liked this small video camera with it’s big features. Fits in the palm of your hand but comes with all you need for video recording. Record in VGA, 720, 1080, 2K or 4K for clear sharp video. Has auto white balance manually adjustable sun, cloudy, fluorescent and tungsten light. Color effects are standard, sepia, monochrome and vivid. You can turn the display icons on or off. The screen rotates 270 degrees so you can vlog with it using the screen as your monitor. I did note that the mic quality was weak and at a distance was minimally useful. Color rendition was accurate with reds slightly orange under indoor lighting. The built in light gave a small amount of fill. I was impressed with the lens sharpness and was clear from the widest angle setting to the full telephoto range. I observed no corner vignetting at either end of the focal range. The wide to telephoto and back was smooth and with no hangups or glitches. The on body controls were intuitive and easy to manipulate. The video kit was well equipped with 2 batteries, charger, remote, charge cables, HDMI cable and a SD Card. The carry case was small and offered little room for accessories but will keep the camera from scratches and scrapes.

Well. Camcorders have come a long way since my very first VHS camera! This one is compact, discreet, and easy to hold—no shoulder workout required. We’re just getting started with it, but so far I’m very impressed. The 4K video is crisp, and the camera holds sharp focus both in extreme close-ups and at surprising distances. It’s been especially fun to sneak up on birds and squirrels to capture clear video, which has actually helped me identify new birds and match calls to visuals.The 10X optical zoom is smooth and useful for nature filming without getting too close, and the 3.0" IPS touch screen is responsive and easy to navigate. It handles low light surprisingly well, especially considering the price point. However, there’s no built-in image stabilization—so a steady hand or, better yet, a tripod makes a big difference, especially at higher zoom levels. It comes with a 32GB memory card, which is a nice bonus and enough to get started. The onboard audio is a bit hollow, but there’s a jack for an external mic, which should improve sound quality significantly. I haven’t run the footage through an editor yet, but the files appear standard and should be compatible with most common editing software.This is a versatile and lightweight camcorder that is ready to go right out of the box. Looking forward to seeing what else it can do—or, rather, what I can do with it!

I ordered this because I like to take videos. They require a significant zoom that is better than my iPhone. On a positive note, this was shipped quickly and was well packed. Everything was included that was in the description.The disappointing parts was that the zoom is quite bad and it doesn’t auto focus. That was the main reason for ordering this. It looks better just to take a picture with an iPhone and zoom in super far. The 4K recording resolution stuttered and didn’t look great. The microphone didn’t do as good of a job as expected at recording voices and cutting out wind.For the price, I don’t think it is worth it as there are many other video recording products on Amazon. If you can get this for really cheap, it might be a good thing for young kids to mess around with.
