The company advertised this Oregon bar guide would fit my Kobalt pole saw, so I purchased it. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit my pole saw as mandmproducts advertised. I returned the item and marked that it was the wrong part.After the purchase I communicated with the company and they confirmed there is no such part that fits my pole saw. Well why did they mislead me stating the bar guide they were selling would fit my pole saw?Adding insult to injury they didn’t fully refund me because there was oil/grease on the returned item (simple fix) and claimed I didn’t return the packaging; which consisted of the clear package the item was in and the Oregon cardboard and mandmproducts were only going to refund me half. I had to file a complaint in order to receive a full refund.Buyer beware!
