These were produced some time after 1955, and we have found them used by the Finnish in both post war M40/55 helmets, as well as original WW2 helmets they had in service. Each liner is offered in unissued condition and varies in color from white, grey and yellow. The chinstraps are grey leather with a steel buckle. The method of attaching the liner to the shell was different than typical German WW2, as no split pins/washers were used. Instead, the Finns decided to directly rivet the liners to the shell. We do not offer rivets for sale. Sizing- we offer a range of sizes, and sell these liners based on the interior stamped size, A general rule of thumb is; size 57cm (US 7 1/8) liners are used inside size 62/64 shells. SIZE 57cm, US 7 1/8
