Usually these pens are used at weddings. However, in order to combat the battle of finding a pen when I need one or endlessly pawing through bunches of pens that are mostly out of ink - I realized a lovely pen in a convenient spot would be a solution for me and anyone else around who needed a pen.They are very thin but still easy to write with. They also have good weight and feel. They retract within themselves even though they also fit on the stand.. a feature not on every pen like this.I now know where a pen is anytime I need one and they are a lovely accent in any room, refining the atmosphere of the room.I like to set mine next to a stack of classic books with a nice notepad next to it.

I think I paid just under $14.00 for 2 sets. The base is sturdy enough to support the pen, and the pens function well. They do show their low price a bit in the base, but we are only using them for one event. For the price they are a good deal, but I gave 3 stars because you do get what you pay for.

i bought these for a celebration of life over the weekend, and they worked perfectly out of the packaging. the pen itself has a nice feel and weight to it, and the ink comes out smoothly and dries quickly on the paper. they definitely have a classier feel than other, cheaper options. the base works well and you're able to collapse it down so it's easy to store away. overall, these worked great for the event.

I don’t like the gold color looks tacky And cheap unfortunately. I wanted to have it in my wedding venue but it doesn’t look good therefore I decided not to put it.

The pen was cute for the guest book. It was great to have a back up even though we didn't end up needing it. It was a great value for one pen , but we got two, which was a bonus.
