When I took it out the package, the plastic was broken in pieces and I got a replacement which the second package was fine. The insulation was kind of tricky because there was no paper instructions. Structures are on the box so I have to look on the box and figure it out. Is stable enough and they give you these two sided blue strips but kind of don’t know what is for but just in case anything happened. I got it but other than else it works for me just perfect size for my bathroom.

Instruction was bit confusing at first.There are no letters indicating on each item so I just had to figure out.*8 long rods for bottoms.*8 short rods for tops.*1 long rod for floor support.Not so stable, good for lightweight items.It turned out very good for my purpose.

The trays are made of plastic for sure and sort of soft. The poles are metal tubes with very thin wall. The assembly is very simple, no additional tools needed. Two clamps really help out of swinging left and right but hardly help fall forward. So far each tray holds some shampoos and body lotions etc up to 100 fl oz with no problems. Hopefully it will last for a while.

It's tall and it's not the most sturdy. You should anchor it to the wall. There's alot of shelf space and it will work for now but I don't see it being durable enough for the long term.
