I purchased this for meetings in our large shop area where standard microphones don't capture sound well. It worked GREAT....until it got knocked over and the camera broke. We have only a partial view now out of the camera. I contacted the company to see if repairs are available and that's not something they offer. This was really disappointing to learn, especially after we paid so much for it.

Our work outfitted all of our conference rooms with this device and boy do I wish they hadn’t. We had been using Jabra devices and never had a problem with them but these owl devices added a step up to video (which is good by the way) but the sound quality constantly suffers to the point that most meetings we bring out our personal sized Jabra. On top of that the mute button is in an awkward location and not easily pressed.Stay away from the owl devices if you can

This meeting system is very nice. Creating a view of the entire U shape or oval table. The audio quality is very good both sending from the mic or hearing the meeting over the inclosed speaker. Connection a d control is plug and play.
