First note, they're not small. If you're looking for a thin spatula this isn't the one for you.What this is is a full size quality spatula which has enough heft to do what you need, but won't wreck your fragile and expensive non-stick pans.They're durable, feel good in your hands and so far mine have stood up to heavy usage, dishwasher cleaning and high heat with zero signs of wear.I'm extremely happy with them!

These turners are great for preserving the non-stick finish on our cookie trays. They are big so we can scoop 3 cookies at a time without anything falling apart. No problems with handling high temperatures (350 degrees) cookies are baked at. These are a pleasure to use and cooking buddies like them too!
