The male threads appeared to have previously been cross threaded or forced into a finer threaded female. Either way it was unusable as received.

I used this gauge to measure output pressures for high pressure regulators for paintball markers. I wanted something more precise that the standard mini gauges frequently used for paintball. As this fits the standard airline fitting for paintball simply removed the old mini gauge, put this on and ASA and plugged the output. Now I have an excellent regulator tester! Will also work to test output pressures in compressed air tanks.Large sized gauge makes it easy to read. Seems well made and haven’t had any issues. Happy with my purchase.

Everything worked as advertised, which is more than I can say for the gage that came with my Aquarium DIY C02 generator kit. The original gage never moved off the zero reading pin. As soon as I installed this new gage and recharged the kit, it instantly started reading pressure. It showed me that I needed to adjust my mixture on the next recharge, because it was running at 10+PSI when it should be reading 2-4PSI. I would buy again if I need another for future projects.

Needed to replace the guages on my air compressor. These worked well for that purpose and are better quality than the original guages. They are also larger and easier to read than the originals. The liquid fill should help with vibrations that are common on air compressors. Not that it matters but, they look better. They seem accurate enough for my purpose but, if I needed guaranteed accuracy, I would go with a more exspensive name brand.
