I use this as a timbale ride/crash cymbal1. Great bell sound for a 16” cymbal2. It will ride without washing out into a crash tone if played at a moderate volume3. Crashes evenly and resolves without any unpleasant over tones.I would call it a bit heavier than your average medium weight cymbal.The finish and craftsmanship are just great.It has a much better quality and sound than the PST5 line of cymbals.
