I think that this is a good palette for watercolor and acrylic paints. It has large spaces for mixing colors.

I bought this palette for water color painting. But, I discovered if you leave paint on it, it stains very badly and you can't get it clean. I ended up throwing it away after about 1 year's use.

Happy so far...Is exactly as described.Bought 2 and received seperately, but very timely.Looks easy to clean and I'll know more in about 2 days, because I'll be practicing with some student grade gouache for the first time.
