We use this mat as a backup layer on our changing table. It has snaps so it can be folded up and travel with you, and it has some thin cushioning for your baby to lay on. It's a little narrow and shorter than it looks, but still functional. It's mostly made of a smooth fabric, but not the easiest to wipe clean. No plastic coverage, so liquid will absorb in the pad. If your baby pees you'll probably want to put it in the washer to clean it.

Perfect for what I needed. I use it in my baby's crib since we do not have a changing table in our room for her. It's very light and folds up easy when you're one handed. Also, loved the simple colors.

Great addition to my parker bag

This product is exactly as described. It is a lightweight, basic, portable changing mat that can be slipped into pretty much any diaper bag, purse, or stroller. There is nothing fancy or luxurious about it, but I don’t think that’s what the product is aimed at. The pattern is brown stripes (it looked grey or black in some pictures but is clearly a chocolate brown in real life) and gender neutral. The fact that it is machine washable is a must for something you will presumably be putting down on various surfaces and will likely have messes from baby. Keep in mind that the pad is pretty small (I took a picture with my iPad on top for comparison), so baby may grow out of it sooner rather than later.
