These weren't a perfect fit on one side nut they worked good. Would buy again but expect a little remod on the one.

Original symptoms were motor would bog down when engaging blades and through thick grass.Some people are complaining of misfire, but the air gap has to be set perfectly. There are two points on each coil that have to have the correct air gap between the magnet. It may be difficult to access your motor and set both air gaps at the same time with a feeler gauge. Use a cut strip of plastic from a milk jug so it will wrap around the magnet and then both airgaps can be checked at the same time. 10 hours and still working perfectly.

These ignition coils LOOK great, and one of them actually DOES work great. But less than 20 minutes after the machine was put back into service (a Cub Cadet RZT-50 zero turn mower (with a Kawasaki V-twin engine) it started misfiring and cutting off. After testing both coils with a spark plug tester, the coil for the left bank was found to be producing only the faintest spark. I reinstalled one of the old coils and the mower has been running flawlesswly ever since. Unfortunately it appears I've missed the "return by" date BY ONE DAY.I'll update this review if/when this vendor agrees to send me a replacement.

Fit fine. Replaced a 21171-7001 on a Kawasaki twin. Spark restored on retest and engine started up quickly. Loss of spark manifested as a heavy bogged down engine as load increased. Also tested compression and valve lash on both cylinders after verify spark was lost to be thorough on evaluating the engine which is 20 years old with 720 hours on it. Running well again, hope coil lasts.
