The machine displays powerful and vivid laser beam designs with some motions and effects, colors were mainly red and green but not a lot of design and shapes to play with. I tried this indoors and at a venue and I believe it’s best mounted high pointing down. The build quality is decent and the machine makes some noise while operating.

I was absolutely surprised at the mesmerizing ability contained in the Warmdance DJ Laser Lights. This easily mountable system creates a dazzling variety of patterns in light that really helps to make a gathering pop, and ignites a fun party environment. The included remote puts the power in your hands to "dial in" your own personal light show. I was really happy with the value on offer with this unit which allows for the purchase of multiple boxes in order to cover a larger area while creating even more complex patterns. This is an excellent unit. You don't need to really even read the manual, just start pressing buttons on the remote because it's really user friendly. It will flash in rhythm to your music. It covers a large area.

This compact yet powerful laser light is an option for small gatherings and events and offers vibrant LEDs and beam effects. Has DMX compatibility for added versatility, just plug and play.However, it seems to be limited in its design patterns. The sound activation syncs seamlessly with music, but it just ends up being a mix of lights, trees and other shapes all at once. Flipping through the options does not seem to change things much either.

I wanted to use this light for a few different reasons, one for an effect during music videos, and one for using on stage when my band plays out at a show. I like that this is well built, and seems very sturdy, but there are a few things I don't like. It's very noisy, as it spins its design wheels, and it seems extremely limited in its design patterns. I like that I can switch it up to be a constant pattern or be triggered by music and sound, but it is all a scramble of zig zagging lights and patterns, or trees, or other things all at the same time, and it seems like going through the different options doesn't change them all that much. I like that it can be controlled by DMX control, but it is just too limited and I wish it actually had a power button on the machine itself, instead of just on the small remote control. I am going to look for something else even though this is still ok, because it is just ok.
