How to easily put on your PASTE Grip Tapes
Putting On
Stretch the Grip Tapes firmly with both hands. Please do this before putting on your soccer shoes.
Sliding On
Now you can simply slide the Grip Tapes over your foot.
Positioning
Adjust the Grip Tapes to the most comfortable position for you.
Result
Due to the silicone's material properties, the Grip Tapes fit perfectly, providing excellent comfort.
Cleaning your PASTE Grip Tapes
Hold the dirty Grip Tapes under lukewarm water.
Rub the dirty spots with both thumbs.
The dirt should now come off easily.
In the end, the Grip Tapes will be clean again and look like new.
Ways to Wear your PASTE Grip Tapes
Light
Position the Grip Tapes below your shin guards.
Medium
Wear the Grip Tapes halfway on your shin guards and halfway below your shin guards.
Strong
Attach the Grip Tapes completely onto your shin guards.

I was really enjoying the product since it delivers a snug hold to the shin guard without compressing the lower leg excessively. I used it 4 times then it just snapped. I did not even pulled too much to put my feet thru it. If it is going to be basically a product that you necessarily must stretch a little to use it, then it just failed it.Very disappointing.

My daughter is an ECNL player that wears a soccer sleeve to hold her shin guards in place under her club socks. She is tall and they sometimes slide down. Using these all that problem is gone! She calls them her white things. She also has them in black and yes they are the black things!

These straps are awesome, we no longer need to use tape or other methods to keep shin guards in place. My daughter loves them and many of her teammates have gotten a pair since they all love how they work.

These are great and easy to use. They work well with keeping the guards in place under the sleeve, and keeps the ends from fraying. We cut our club socks because my daughter prefers to wear grip socks, so we use her uniform socks as sleeves.
