This is a very good quality stainless steel pastry cutter that we use for a lot of food prep: cutting in butter to flour, mashing vegetables and making egg salad. The handle is comfortable to grip for all size hands. It goes in the dishwasher and doesn't rust.

I bought this pastry blender expecting that it would be more durable since the price is 3 times what other pastry blenders cost. As it turns out, the quality is no better and the blades bend easily. The product is not worth the money. I could have bought a cheap one for the same quality.

A very good product. It's smaller size makes it easier to use and yet it is extremely durable. I like the fact that it can go in the dishwasher and takes up much less room to store in a drawer.

My mother always had one for making mashed potatoes. I was slicing up a lot of hard boiled eggs with just a knife when I remembered my mother using such a device. This is the reason why I bought it. As for quality, it's tops. It's smaller than the one my mother used, but I rather like that. The fact that it's bolted on one side (It could have been riveted!) is kind of hokey, but doesn't get in the way. I have to say, I like it!

So love it！！This dough blender does exactly what it is meant to do. It perfectly cuts up cold butter. And It is very comfortable to hold the grip, the price is also great. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves baking and is looking for a high quality dough blender at such price.
