Got to heater a month ago in December thought it was amazing even gave it a great review used it for the fourth time yesterday and it stopped Heating not working at all very disappointed and returning it

My wife likes to sit out on our screened porch even in the winter when it's gotten down below 40F here in FL. She loves this heater and so does her cat! Plenty of heat on the lowest setting and the light weight and handle make it easy to move around.

I am extremely disappointed with this heater. I used it twice, for only 10 minutes each time, and it stopped working altogether. I followed the troubleshooting steps in the manual, but nothing resolved the issue. On top of that, I didn't even receive the color I ordered. I specifically chose a black heater and was sent a white one instead. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. I returned the item and received a refund.

I tried many outlets and I’m not sure what exactly to do because it continued to trip my electricity at my residence. I bought it for an outdoor party and unfortunately, it did not work for me.

The description read: "Patio Heater for Outdoor Use, Electric Space Heater Indoor, Portable Infrared Heater with 60-Degree Oscillation, Timer, Remote, for Patio, Gazebo, Black"~Nowhere on the package or in instruction manual does it say this can be used outdoors. So I will not be putting in outside.~There is a Fragile glass tube that surrounds the heating element. The unit is tall and thin with a fairly small base. One bump from my dog would knock it over, and it would be history.Disappointing and a waste of my time. I will be returning it.
