Update: The company reached out to me to give me a refund but I really wanted these puppy paws, so they sent me another one. They are adorable.It would have been really cute had they worked. Can't send it back because I threw all packaging away.

Purchased May 2024. It is very pretty when it lights up, however, several of the lights stopped working after 3 months (changed battery as noted by seller) and never worked again. After 6 months, none of the lights worked and the paws began to fall off the strings leaving only 1 paw left after 8 months. Would not recommend since it fell apart in a relatively short period. It is meant to be outside as it is solar powered.Update March 2025: after posting this review the seller offered and have me a refund. I will say that the Customer Service is very good based on this. At least this seller was responsive and addressed the issue. Updated ratings from 2 to 4 due to good follow up!

The solar works fine but they do not chime at all, they just clunk together, for this reason I am returning as it was somewhat misleading

These are just beautiful, have a set after losing our 2 dogs close together, and have given to family/friends who have dealt with the loss of a pet too. Everyone LOVES it🐾

The wind causes the chimes to clatter. This is not an offensive noise for us. We get strong winds where we live and it’s probably a good idea to take it down during those conditions.. Gradually the paws broke off due to weather. We really missed the chimes. This purchase is replacing them, and we will definitely take better care of it . The colors are vivid and relaxing. Well worth replacing!
