This yeast powder is far above other similar products available. I've never used such fine powder in my agar, and the high quality makes a difference. It obviously comes at a higher cost, but I think it's worth it. The yeast mixes up smoothly into the agar and it feels like I get faster growth with this nutrient blend. I'll probably never run out because 2000 batches is A LOT, honestly. I'm glad I tried it though and am excited to have such a nice ingredient in my pantry.

Great quality of yeast and easy to use for mycology! Highly functional product, as you can easily measure out how much you need, and seal the bottle for later use.I have already made 30 agar plates and 5 liquid cultures, and still have plenty left. A little goes a long way. This boosts mycelium production quite a bit.Since I use it for mycology, I can't comment on how it tastes.
