The prongs are to short and it makes them extremely hard to put them on anything.

These are NOT 10mm, more like 7. They wont match standard western shirt snap size.

I have aprons I use when I bake. I constantly have trouble with their snaps.I can now replace them when I need to.

These are very attractive pearl snaps. However, they are small and the prongs on the back are short. Two layers of a polyester fabric is as much bulk as they can handle.

Ok, it was worth a shot. I ordered these in a pinch to have some snaps on hand for making western shirts. This was supposed to be a full 25 sets of black snaps. While I received 100 pieces total, it was the wrong 100 pieces. There are not enough parts to make a full 25 sets but only 24 sets. I received 24 pearl tops, and the other parts I received 24, 25, and 27 of. This is not helpful as the pearl tops are the piece you need the most as you are likely to break a few and they cannot be substituted unlike the other pieces. This was not the part to short-change and to have a miscount on 3/4 of the pieces is pretty poor.Secondly, these snaps are a little smaller than I'd hoped. The Pearl tops are not really a full 10mm when looking straight on from the top. Closer to 9mm. They are also not a nice glossy black but are more of a duller grey-black.Overall, I'll keep them and may be able to use them for cuffs, etc. However, I wouldn't order them again. If you are looking for a nice glossy black snap for Western shirts, you may want to consider another alternative. If you are looking for smaller snaps, these may suit your purposes.I have attached pictures so you can see them in comparison with an existing glossy black snap in use on a previously made Western shirt.I hope this review was helpful!
