Ampli qui perce, mais 3sur 4 des pre-sets sont de trop. Pour 400$ ça vaut le peine , sinon aller vers d'autre ampli

Sounds Great and fills the room. Great for churches, and stage performance. Easy to travel, and set up. Don't let the size fool you, because it kicks strong enough to stand against any other bass amp I've used.

Does a decent job. Replaced it with a Bergantino Forte which sounds a lot better. The fan on the Peavey is REALLY LOUD. Minus 2 stars for that.

Played about a dozen gigs with this through an ampeg 4x10 cab over the past year or so, and am really happy with it. Loud enough for small/medium sized clubs with my passive bass.I only rated this a 4-stars because 1) I feel It doesn't have enough 'growl' for a lot of applications. I think it actually sounds really good clean, but I wouldn't use this without an OD/Fuzz or other pre-amp for most rock projects. And 2) It's nice that it's so light, but it might be TOO light because it will move moves a lot on tolex cabs at high volumes.

I'm still a "newbie" so I just wanted a basic amp with good power. This lil dude is a beast! Nice tone capabilities, good power, small and lightweight. Pushes my Epifani 2x12 with authority!

Weak. Paired it with a 4x10 headliner and the headroom is non existent. Have owned 250watt combos with more "umph" than this. Could be a defective unit, *shrug*, whatever the case it's being returned.

This little head is my new favorite. I can't believe it! I would give it 5 stars if the fan weren't so loud.Pros-The interface is simple but very effective. This little amp gets louder than most others I've used, regardless of power rating. Maybe it doesn't have the same headroom of a 1000w head, but it gets more volume out of my cabs than the rest.Using the passive input seems to help it "hear" the pitches. The mid knob is switchable between a thick low mid and twangy higher mid. That's a nice touch.I was surprised by how much tonal variation this offers, and most surprised by the fact that I can get my sound out of this small light loud inexpensive head.I use this for electric and upright bass. I think it is super for upright, too. It has a honky-ness about it that allows the upright to sing though. Smoother sounding amps can make it hard for the upright to be audible. This amp gives the upright a very exciting tone quality. Its flexible EQ offers acceptable control for the tone and attenuating feedback problems.Cons-The TT boost and Psychoacoustics buttons- not awesome. The boost will give you some distortion, but I don't use them and they have nothing to do with my decision to keep it.The tuner is handy, but doesn't always work. The fan is too loud. I'm disappointed that Peavey wouldn't spend a few more cents on quieter fans. They designed it so the fan is always on at full. This is not a big deal on live ballroom, club, wedding type jobs, but it's loud enough to be a problem on theater, orchestra, ballet, bluegrass, recording, church, and other acoustic jobs. I may try swapping it with a quieter fan. At this price I can afford to void the warranty! The amp puts a strange sound out through the speaker when turned on. Weird. It sounds like fabric quietly tearing. The punch button is a bit much in my opinion. It bumps the 100Hz area a lot, which can cause more problems than it solves.Conclusion-There's no better sounding amp at a price anywhere near this. And, frankly, I don't think I'll prefer anything over this. I've checked out $2000 heads, and I prefer this by far. If you can tolerate the white noise from the fan, it's a winner.

I really like this little amp and would so very much like to give it a five stars. I like Peavey stuff and have always been happy with it. However, this amp showed up out of the box with a huge sticker on the top of it extolling the various features of the device, as if it was going to be placed on a retail store shelf for display. It's not! Of course, I assumed the sticker would easily peel off. It didn't! Suffice it to say that I will be going over to the site fore "Goo Gone" and leaving a great review of their product because of the half hour of my precious time that the Peavey folks sucked out of my day trying the remove the residue of their giant sticker before I resorted to the "Goo Gone". Really?
