We opened it right away. Wanted to have a private sauna for a while and this portable one works the best when you want to give it a try . More durable than I thought. It took myself 10mins to set up and added water , the steam room is ready!

I haven't had a sauna in the US for a long time. I definitely recommend this one. It's very comfortable and the temperature is just right. It helps me relax and sleep well at night. My knees and joints feel very comfortable. My cold has also gotten better. Thanks

We finally set up and used our portable sauna tent last weekend, and it worked wonderfully! Assembly was straightforward, and it was ready to use in no time. We set it for an hour, and the heat distribution was consistent and effective. Itโs compact yet spacious enough for a relaxing session. The convenience of having a sauna at home is unmatched. Enjoyed a spa-like experience without leaving the house! โบ๏ธ

My wife has joint pains, and we thought this would help based on doctor recommendations to use a sauna. Unfortunately, there are so many issues with it that it doesn't work out to be a good sauna. There are almost no instructions to put it together. It comes with a bunch of small PVC pipes that you have to put together. Fortunately, they were labeled with either an A or a B. All the B ones make the base, and the top and A ones make the side pillars. The only instructions for this part are a picture that says to assemble the parts. The next step is to slide the material over the frame. Make sure you unzip it completely and then you can place the frame into the bottom of the material and slowly wrap it around the top. Once completely wrapped don't zip it up completely as these zippers are also for the door. Start at each end and close the zipper half-way so they meet in the middle of the door. It makes sense once you finish. There are two hoses that you connect to an adapter that goes into a small hole near the floor of the tent. This is what the steam will pass through. The material seems to be fairly solid and will hold up to light use. There are lots of strings all around the zippers so those may come off if you plan to move it around a lot. This thing is fairly big and will not fit through doorways. Saying it is portable is like saying your desktop computer and monitor are portable. You can disable it to move it but it definitely not a quick fold and unfold product. There is a nice removeable "sweat mat" that you place in the bottom. It is like a big piece of felt that can be removed and cleaned. The "tiny" toddler chair is barely usable. It is so small that even I as a 5'6" male could barely fit into it. You will definitely need to buy your own chair to place in this. A cheap $15 camp chair should suffice. The heater is kind of like a rice cooker. It has a pot that holds 4L of water and a top that seals it tight. Trying to close the lid is extremely difficult. If you do not get it closed the water will not steam up correctly or you could burn yourself on it. I do not consider this a safe product; it has a lot of hot spots. There is a hose that you attach to the lid, and it goes inside the tent to a plastic distribution box.Once you turn the unit on it takes at least 20 minutes to heat the water and warm up the tent. Using a thermometer, I could never get the inside of the tent to be any more than 25 degrees warmer than the outside. This was with the heater on its highest setting. It does get very steamy inside, but I never could get the temp above 99 degrees. I was barely able to break a sweat. There is also a strip of red LED lights that come with it. However, you have to wire these up yourself. It is bare wires that you need to strip back and insert into a clamp style connector that plugs into the wall. This part is extremely sketchy when you think about how much moisture is in the area. There is also no place for the wire to go into the tent, so you have to feed it through the door and leave it unzipped a bit. I was never able to get the lights to work correctly since the cheap connector didn't allow for an easy connection.I like the concept, but the execution of critical components is poor. It needs to get much hotter, at least to 120 degrees for it to be effective. So many safety issues with the lights and the impossible lid on the pressure cooker. DO NOT touch any part of the hose or the plastic distribution box inside. This thing is at scalding temperatures and will blister your skin. Children should never be allowed near this thing.Due to these glaring quality issues and it not being hot enough I CANNOT recommend you buy this.

It took me about an hour to set it up with a toddler. We liked the steaming sauna and it got very warm and steaming inside so perfect for a spa and detox session . We also love the red light thatโs a bonus feature. The product also comes with a sturdy folding chair.Overall the product is pretty decent.

This personal steam room is interesting. It says sauna, but I think sauna is dry. The red lights don't heat it, as far as I can tell- it's all warmed by the steam. It's mostly great, just a few cons that would make it better if they were fixed. So it's really big, could fit two people if there was a second chair and a way to arrange the steamer so it wouldn't steam burn either person. The tent itself is good- it holds in all that heat and moisture without steaming up the windows in the room it's in, or making the room warmer- unless the cap of the steamer isn't on right. I'll get to that in a second.Assembly was a bit of a pain, you gotta make sure you sort the A rods and B rods, and then put it all together. The zipper is weird, and goes all the way around, but it made more sense once it was actually assembled. You just don't zip all the way to open the door, just the bit that is the door. However, I would not call this portable because I do not ever want to put it together again. Particularly once the red lights were on, cause those were sort of pain too.The steamer bit looks like a rice cooker, lol. Add water, pick temp and timer, and go. This is where the cons come in. I started with 45 minutes, since that was the recommended benefit time. It takes 15-20 minutes to heat and get the tent filled with steam. If you want 45 minutes, set it for an hour, and wait. I now turn it on, do some daily stuff that takes 20 minutes and then get in. You have to plan ahead. The top of the steamer is hard to lock. It takes a lot of strength for me to turn it to lock it. I didn't get it completely locked once and it popped off mid steam bath. Not fun, I had to get out, put it back on, get back in and wait for the steam to build again.Other cons- the red light cord is obnoxious, and took forever to get working. It's one of the "put the wires in and lock with the mechanism" cords, instead of a just a normal cord that normal people like me use. It took forever and a little stripping of the cord to get it to actually work each and every time. I'm afraid to move the cord, in case it's still not in there right. The remove came broken. I went to put in a battery, took out the battery holder and it was broke. I can't use the remote at all. Which is fine, except when you are in the steam tent, realize you want more steam, hotter and longer and to do that you have to get out. Because the steamer is not near the front of the tent (door), it's through a hole in the back of the tent, and not accessible. Finally, the chair is ok. Not uncomfortable like I thought it would be. It is small so if you are larger than maybe a size 16, it might not be as comfortable. I'm a size 12/14 and there's just a little bit of room left in the chair so nothing is hanging off. It's lower too so long legged folks might be uncomfortable. I'm grateful there's a back, since my back doesn't like backless seats. So is this good? I like it, and think it's pretty decent. I've never priced these before so I can't say if it's a good deal. You get everything you need. It's a bit of a pain to put up, and I personally wouldn't be porting it a bout like a travel tent. But the material is good, and the steamer works well, and the red lights are nice. (Not sure if they actually do anything, but they give the tent a nice atmosphere, and I feel good after.) This would be 5 stars for me if the steam built faster, if the remote didn't come broken, if the tent wasn't a pain to assemble, and if the lights had a real cord and not one I had to strip and assemble myself.

Came from the factory with a rip in the fabric of one side wall and the lights don't work. The sauna itself works very well and the package comes with everything you need. Looks like factory inspection is sub-par.
