Hard to work with. Once placed, it STICKS, no way to reposition if needed. It will tear your wallpaper if you try to reposition.

I had a flat, basic, boring bathroom door that needed something to make it interesting and this product was perfect. I bought the recommended miter sheers at the same time and those products together made one of the easiest house projects I’ve ever done. I measured, cut, and stuck and it’s held up beautifully. The trim is very sticky and once it’s on it’s not budging. I finished my project off with some caulk around the edges then paint. This trim was easily paintable.I am very happy with this trim. It made this project so fast and simple. I would definitely recommend.

This stuff is AMAZING! We used it to make wainscoting in our dining room. It looks awesome. Super strong adhesive. We stuck directly to the walls and it’s been over 4 months with ZERO peeling or falling off. There is only one downside: the strips really struggle with staying straight. They often times will bend a little but nothing majorly noticeable.

Too heavy and incumbent. If you care about quality and esthetics it’s a no. It ruined my walls. It looks warped and wavy in some areas. Installed it 7-10 days before it was okay to return. Lousy customer service. I sent a message to seller days before return date and no one reached out til this day. What I really should have done is took the L and rip it off my wall and return it with all the paint and drywall peelings. I had to do it anyway. My wall is ruined! Money and work down the drain. Get a wooden one it’s really not hard to eyeball and install. It look and feels better and your not fighting with this heavy rope on your wall.

So this is thick and heavy and is a little shinier than I expected, but it looks very nice on. Other reviews say that it's wobbly and that is somewhat correct, but only if you do something wrong. I did this myself so there were some sections I needed to readjust, when you do that the thick glue kinda rolls up and when you place it back on the wall it makes it slightly raised against the wall and look wobbly. I didn't care and popped a plant in front of it! If you do care, have someone help you and only place once. Is a bit hard to cut. I managed with my kitchen scissors, which probably waist for the best, but heck, I was throwing caution to the wind and peel and sticking a fake chair rail...

We have been wainscoting our stairwell, with wood. But we came to a halt when we couldn’t figure out the last design. Anyway, we bought this to experiment with because wood is expensive to be cutting up. Unfortunately, it was not the correct size so we did return it. But the product is GREAT! Its easy to maneuver, and I will def buy to use in another part of my house! This is a great alternative for wood.

Very difficult to get straight even with laser leveler. Material soft and too bendable. Took a lot to put up because you only get ONE SHOT!!! Once you put on, it will take the entire wall with it to come off! Served its purpose though, so I am neutral.

Read the other reviews—they’re mostly spot-on. Definitely uncoil the stuff and let it flatten out for a day or two before you begin. Also, I didn’t have trouble cutting it—a standard miter box and miter saw did the trick easily. The most important part: measure/ lay out twice, cut/apply once. The adhesive (similar to 3M VHB tape) is very strong and won’t allow do-overs if you’re applying this to something like drywall. (You’ll rip it up.) If you’re applying it to a metal door as I did and then have to rip it off, you just have to replace the original adhesive because that’ll be messed up, but that’s no big deal. Attached are the before and after pictures of the door project: before (mostly broken-off brown plastic moulding), after placing the TriMold product, then after primer, then red paint.
