I thought i was buying the ones from the picture, clearly different packaging, i had ordered these exact ones 2 weeks ago, misleading ad !!!

To answer my own question there are 3 packs of 4 heavy duty mantles, so 12 mantles per order. Have not tried yet but the look encouraging.
