These add on seats to children’s kayak are a must for better support.. our grandchildren now have some support on their sit on top kayaks and stay out on the water longer.

Was gifted a kayak missing the seat. This fit perfectly and is reasonably comfortable! Holds up under wet conditions.

Added it a small Lifetime Wave kayak for my daughter and she's a lot happier using the boat now. There's plenty of adjustment in the straps to help keep it in one place.

Too small for Pelican Viper DLX sit-on kayak. If they would have advertised the width of the seat back it could have saved me a return, but because the advertised the width at 19" x 19" x 8" doesn't seem to mean anything. I have no idea what these numbers are referring to, they don't match the box, the seat back, the seat. Bummer.

Through no fault of the seller, this kayak seat does not readily fit my kayak. I will have to do some modification to make it fit. However, that doesn't alter the fact that this is an excellent seat cushion and a major improvement over the original seat. This should fit most sit-on-top kayaks and provide excellent cushioning and back support. There is ample adjustment range, and a simple mechanism for adjusting the seat back support. Great product, fantastic price and service!

Installed it and tested today to kid's 6 ft kayak. According to my son the seat is always shifting back and forward ( there is no point of contact between seat and the back). To be honest I think the seat is good and perfectly fits lifetime 6ft kayak I will glue a couple of Velcros so he won't complain again. You may need YST 10 Pcs Kayak Nylon Bungee Deck Loops and a rivet gun to install it.
