Love that they’re purple! Love the long, twist-up white eraser. I prefer the clicker to be on the barrel to be pushed with 1 finger (different version of this same pencil has that) because this one takes 2 hands to extend the lead, but the other ones can be done with one hand. They could perfect this pencil by changing the lead extension method to single handed method, but otherwise it’s a great pencil.

When I opened the pack and held this lead pencil in my hand for the 1st time, the built-in in grip has a perfect texture soft but firm. I 100% noticed a difference from the normal lead pencils. Along with the built-in grip, the pencils weight fills a little heavier than the normal lead pencils. Which I'm a fan of because when you write with it, the pencil stays smooth and comfortable!!!!

My 10-year-old autistic daughter has struggled in school with her handwriting as she struggles with grip strength and with textures (with the feel of the pencil itself and the feel of it actively writing). As a result, her handwriting has suffered, making it hard for her teacher and for her to read. She seems very comfortable with these pencils and we have noticed an improvement in the quality of her handwriting as a result. We will definitely be reordering these in the future!

Love the mechanical pencil. So seldom that this type/model Pentel is ever offered in anything but blue or black. Price was right, color is perfect.
