These gas disconnects work very well. Once you know how to disassemble, reassemble and clean them, they will last you a while. No need to waste money on an expensive Homebrew site.

The ones I received are super hard to attach to the carbonation cap!

I needed extra taps for transferring. These were exactly what I needed. No complaints. Worked with a pressurised keg at 35psi. I’ve also used these on the other end of a beer line and on a gas line.

I thought that these were leaking but I was wrong - the male side did. I figured this out by comparing 4 of each at 45lbs pressure. It turns out that two of the male side devices leaked, even after replacoing their O-rings. So - I took off the O-rings, wrapped twice with teflon plumber's tape to go into the grooves, replaced the O-rings and NO LEAK. Easy fix, just took some thought.

Barbs are way too small for standard gas lines

Package says ball lock. However contents are definitely pin lock. Plus it’s both the gas and beer posts. Just completely wrong compared to description.
