I had this Kayak on the water once and I didn’t have any problems it performs great, my only complaint is the way the Kayak arrived they could had done a better job wrapping it or covering it. It came all scratched and there’s some damages that it looks like we’re from the manufacturer, it looks like they didn’t perform any inspections before they shipped it. That’s not aceptable. Amazon gave me some credit for it but I don’t think it was enough after finding more damage on the Kayak. And that’s the only reason I’m going giving it one star. Again for the first time owning a Kayak I think this Yak performed great . Pics are attached

This is a good fishing kayak. Tracks well, very comfortable seat. Storage area behind seat is ample. Easy to paddle vs some that are a bit wider. Manageable weight to move it around on land. Best feature is probably the seat. Worst feature is the 2 rear rod holders. They are too wide and not deep enough so your rods can swing around and not very secure. The bonus is the tracks up front where you can mount two rod holders. They are positioned well. Wish there was a better fix for the rear installed rod holders.

Great for fishing in coves and around docks. Capable for river fishing as well. I’m 6’2” and the kayak gives me plenty of breathing room and stability. It’s not built for speed but it’s light weight for hauling on/off vehicle by yourself. It’s just heavy enough that lifting it over your chest is not recommended unless you have the height and upper body strength. Only has two small enclosed compartments for storage so be sure to purchase some waterproof storage bags. It’s got a tough build for the river. For the value it’s a great beginner fishing kayak and should get you quite a few years out of it.

Love the kayak, it is great on the water! My only two critiques are...1. I wish it was easier to pick up, the only place to pick it up from if you don't have another person is the plastic indents.2. Yesterday I installed a fish finder and the mounting screw on the bottom was stripped to the point where the only way I could install it was if I pulled the whole screw out. I silicone'd the mess out of the hole to ensure it doesnt leak but I would double check them if you plan in using a fish finder on the kayak.

Very good fishing kayak. Seems well built and durable. Nice seat. Lots of storage and the option to put a fish finder in it, plus gear tracks. Seems pretty stable on the water. Only downfall is the 2 built in rod holders behind the seat are not usable stock. Had to put another smaller rod holder in the stock rod holder and that worked ok. It's a bit heavy but expected for such a well built craft of its size.

This is my first kayak. I had bought this, along with a Perception Sound 10.5. I took a bit of time to get used to it, as it initially felt a bit unstable due to the higher seat height, but by the second time out, I was used to it. It is difficult to position the seat from the low to high position while on the water. Maybe it will get easier with more practice, but I just kept the seat in the low position.

I did a lot of research prior to making this purchase, but I deeply regret making this decision. I've kayaked in the harbor before on rental kayaks and so I thought I could bring this kayak out with my full on fishing gear. After I got on it and paddled out I noticed it was really unstable, as I could have flipped easily with the slightest movements. I returned to shore to move my milk cart around to shift the center of gravity and went back out. Here's the dumb part: I thought everything was going fine so long as I didn't paddle so hard. It was fine for a while and I paddled past the jetty. I think I was like 500ft or so away from the jetty when I decided to grab my bait, which was in the milk cart behind me...i lost balance and flipped the kayak. Was it supposed to do that? The swell was only 1-2ft with 13 mph wind....it was a super calm day. Luckily, I had my wetsuit and PFD on, but it took me 20 (felt longer than that) mins or so to flag a boat to call the habormaster. After 20 or so mins, I was defeated...Moral of the story: Get another kayak. Practice that kayak without your gears. Purposely flip your kayak and learn how to get on it. Get a vhf radio.

Smooth, pretty stable ride. Cupholders and glove box area is a little far from where you sit but I'm 5'7" so that's prolly the problem, wish it sat closer to knee area/in between your legs more. Does not come with scupper plugs or a paddle holder- which for an expensive kayak was somewhat puzzling. Area behind deck plate has stayed dry so far. Pretty light, loaded kayak on and off truck with no help. Drag plate on rear end is removable/replaceable which is nice, but after 4 feet of concrete it lost about a quarter inch of plastic already- Not bad but not great. Seat is very comfortable, its wonderful- only wish they made a rotating seat version.
