They're loud. They're swishy. There is absolutely no need for them, and yet they're everything my daughter loves and more. Can't wait for warmer weather - I'm sure she will be begging to wear them every day. Sometimes with iridescent pattern, the material can be quite rigid or very thin - neither is the case. This feels suitably heavy to be resilient to play, but not uncomfortable and plastic-feeling.
