Stainless steel and excellent design with flipper handle having rectangular sleeve to secure look handle in place. Design incorporates an v lip prior to handle to catch hot pizza from running up the handle and burning your han ( as long as you learn to have gentle quick push when launching the peel under the hot pizza :)
