works as it should but I only used it like 5 times before the end i'm using just fell out? I tried puting it back in but its just loose & falls out. Now I can't use it or even get the other end out

This is a great tapping tool for when the electric box screw holes are poorly made and screws are impossible to insert when box is already installed. Can’t be without it.
