This clock was purchased to be given as a gift. It looks beautiful and has good craftsmanship. Wish the engraving area was a little larger but all in all a very beautiful gift to give someone.

I have NEVER been so embarrassed to give a gift as I am with this gift. I ordered it for a college graduate who is receiving his DOCTORATE degree. He is now a DOCTOR! The quality of this is so poor items found in the Dollar Store would beat the quality. I would return it, but it is not returnable due to it being personalized. The pens were junky; the plate that covers the battery compartment was so bad I had trouble opening it and it was very junky; even the poor quality battery was peeling! Shockingly, the engraved name plate was even placed off center. It is the worst item I have ever bought. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! Shame on Amazon. Is this the way you want to be represented?
