This item works great but is extremely hard to use on a skinny 18 year old cat. It's hard to use on his neck, chest, legs and hind end. Tool is bigger than he is so would recommend a smaller tool.

This brush is an upgrade from the old furminator that we had for over 10 years. The dual sided brush works great. Using the 22 teeth side when you start brushing helps to grab loose hair and start to break apart tangles gently. The finer tooth works well to finish brushing. Our Labrador loves this brush. Our Siamese cat seems to be ok with this brush because of the larger teeth side. High praise from him since he is unimpressed with nearly everything. 😂

I have a long haired Scottish fold who started matting. This brush is great for getting through the long hair to the undercoat which means no more matting. Chanelle loves to be brushed with it, it's so comfortable for her and easy to use.

I bought this pet comb on the recommendation of my cousin who bought several for family members with shedding pets. I have a short haired cat that hates being brushed but this new comb is excellent and it quickly removes my cats shedding black fur. Excellent purchase. Highly recommend.

I have always used the regular pet brushes on my cat and it has been ok yet it doesn't take half as much hair as this one. This is perfect for medium to long hair cats and dogs. I did try it on my Labrador and even though he has short hair it still took out a substantial amount of under coat. overall I'm very pleased with this brush.
