To be humane, training has to be firm, fair, and consistent. So, tone, vibrate, shock are all firm and fair, and this acheives that. But it is not consistent...and it's even contradictory. The anti-bark function does not activate as it should. My dog might bark several times a day, and it doesn't activate at all, but when she shakes, the jangling of her tags activates the anti-bark correction. If, by chance, her barking does activate the correction, it only goes through one step (tone only) and doesn't continue to activate as she keeps barking. The effect is that she ends up confused because of inappropriate and inconsistent corrections, providing a weak reinforcement for the desired behavior and prolonging the training time. I found I was better off just trying to activate the correction manually, which defeats the purpose of the anti-bark function and, again, prolongs the training time. That is not humane. I did give this a fair trial by adjusting the sensitivity levels, to no effect. As a simple training collar, this one is just ok. As an anti-bark collar, do not use it.

Bought because I needed a collar that would automatically correct barking in addition to being able to correct them with the remote. Unfortunately I can only get it to work with the remote. It works great but only half way as advertised

Great collar! We used it for a week and a half down in Southern Utah and our pup did great with it.Not hard to figure out or anything.We went to a baseball game and lost the remote. Been going back and forth on if I should buy a new one or what because this was a great collar and great fit for out 15lb min pin

These are a great product. Worth for both of our dogs are large dog and puppy. Just wish they would of came with the red one instead of yellow.

I bought these collars to replace the nylon collar that came with our GPS fencing dog collar. They are very well made and the clasps are good quality. My 7 month lab pup has been wearing one of them for just over a month now and we have had no problems with it. I love that they have the reflective strip on them too. Our dog spends a lot of time outside on our acreage so added visibility is great. I would definitely recommend this product and seller.

Contrary to what other reviewer have said these are intended to replace dog training collars, they are not intended to attach a leash to. They are intended to secure the training device to your pet, and this is what they do.
