You just remove the protective cap and immerse the pH meter electrode in the solution and turn on the pH by "ON / OFF" switch to be measured.

You can simply follow the instruction on the provided packet of solution 4.01 or 6.86, immerse the pH tester in the solution until numbers get stable.

When not in use, please cover the pH tester cap. The glass electrode of the ph meter exposed to the air, that make the test error and the value unstable, which directly affect the pH meter working.
Be careful with the pH tester glass probe since it may be a little fragile when you use. Clean the electrode with pure water, then wipe with a cloth, then cover the protection cap.

Prepare three containers with 250ml distilled water in each container.
Pour buffer powders 4.01, 6.86 and 9.18 into containers. Stir gently pH meter until the powder is dissolved.
Immerse the pH meter electrodes in standard buffer solution of pH 6.86, keep press the "CAL" key 5s until the digital display 6.86, screen stops changing, complete the pH calibration at 6.86.
Repeat step 3 on powder 4.01 and 9.18. Then finished calibration.

Really good value and seems to give reliable readings. Has a good little instructional pamphlet and packets you can use to make sure it's calibrated but it seems to be good right out of the box and has a sturdy plastic case to keep it in.

Those test strips are pretty useless for ph, and this is plenty accurate for my use. The monitor is accurate and easy to use. There is light on the screen to highlight the reading of the PH, it's great. Still a great product for a great price.

This comes with very easy to read instructions. I personally am using it for testing the water that I am drinking. You can use it to test hot tubs, and swimming pools as well as aquariums. It also comes with the batteries so that's nice. Good quality.

This product is reasonably priced and works perfectly. The meter is easy to use and gives a quick accurate reading. I was sceptical about the reading so i ordered a few more testing kits which were quite expensive and found the results were comparable. Thus for household use this meter is perfect.

Super affordable, easy to read and quick response. Works just as well as the more expensive ones I've purchased. Comes with batteries, green back lit screen and is just wide enough to NOT fall into a gallon jug of water

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would. They sent me an item that doesn't work and has missing parts. They're quick to take your money but when I tried to cancel they wouldn't let me and sent me a defective item
