Very loud. Can move position of the rubber band to change the tone, but doesn’t sound very elk like

Product is pretty slick looking and sounds great out of the package… that’s it. There’s no cap to protect the reed in the field, since there is no cap, the rubber band that stabilizes the reed is toast. One day of hard back country elk hunting rendered this a $35 piece of junk. Be warned, if you’re doing anything other than stand hunting, this is not the call for you. I’m pretty bummed at how lousy this call is.
