These were the smallest screws I could find and they worked out well. I was able to make some old frames functional again, using thumbtacks to make a little guide divot before inserting the screws. I also had some other items missing tiny screws and these were great replacements. These seem to be good quality and should last for a while.

I had a picture on some wood that I wanted to put in a frame that fit exactly. So exact that I could not put on the back. I tried to find these in Michael’s and in Home Depot with no luck. Amazon is great for that, but now I have tons of extras!

I liked how easy they were to put on the picture frame and how well they worked. They are very sturdy and the size is perfect. They keep the back tightly on the frame.

Picture Frame Turn Button Fasteners Set, 100 PCS Picture Frame Backing Clips Photo Frame -- came in small platic container -- Negative had to find the little screws in the mix of turn button fasteners... but screws were phillips head -- course threads and screws worked very well to do the job. Did the job I wanted to hold walnut backing onto acid free backing paper onto picture / glass -- a very old ornate gold leafed picture frame.

These turn buttons are strong but bend easily enough to adjust tension. Screws are tiny with sharp threads and clean phillips driver cuts, and tweezers may help. I pre drilled tiny holes to make setting the screws in the barnwood frames go smoothly and not crack anything, but this step probably overkill as the threads are sharp. I used more than really needed but what the heck...7 cents each pair!

what you see is what you get : maybe be aware that these are pretty small, so going to be a challenge to work with especially if you have "old man eyes" :-) and stiff bones! :-D I used the smallest bit I had to drill pilot holes to make it easier to set the screws, then put one of these fasteners on each side of the old ones.
