Has a ton of heat and you can control the top and bottom heat separately. Makes a great pizza in a very short time.

I got my pizza grill in today temp never went above 600 after 30 min and after I put pizza in temp went down to 400 and creep up to 550 when pizza was done well but home oven at 550 temp produced same results
