This set is perfect for a nice light workout and/or for those just starting a workout routine! The instructions come with different exercise ideas which I found very helpful. I really enjoyed how soft the material is, how easy it is to connect all the different parts, and how easy the bar is to snap together and take apart. It is very easy to use and easy to workout with (the lowest resistance is perfect for beginners!). The bands seem very sturdy, the straps are very thick, and the bar is made of metal and very strong but lightweight. I love that it comes with a little bag to store everything in.

This was super simple to put together. I have done a few exercises on it. They do provide a guide for what types of exercises you can do. I think this will be a nice supplement for me on days when I am too hectic to get a good workout in/lift. I can store this away in my office & try to get in some activities at a break. Other than that, I don’t like the adjustment straps. They seem generic. Then again for the total cost, I guess they are on point.

I got the CINDALOG Pilates Bar Kit to complement my Aeroski workouts because apparently, I enjoy pretending I'm in an Olympic training montage from the comfort of my living room. Spoiler alert: I am not an Olympian—but this kit made me feel slightly less like a confused spaghetti noodle and more like someone who knows what a core muscle is.The resistance bands are no joke. They're like "we heard you wanted toned arms and regrets" levels of intense. The heavy-duty metal adjustment buckle? Solid. Didn’t snap, didn’t squeak, didn’t give up on me like I briefly did during my third set of squats.Using this with my Aeroski was... ambitious. Picture one-part graceful fitness goddess, two parts flailing snow bunnies. But hey, I was sweating and not crying (much), so that’s a win. This setup is perfect if you're looking to work your entire body and discover muscles you didn’t know existed. Bonus: It stores easily under the bed—right next to my dignity.Would recommend—especially if you enjoy fitness, multitasking, and mild existential crises.

This is a great set of exercise equipment for those of us who don't have a lot of space for a home gym. And it is sturdy enough to use anywhere, but also light enough to travel with, and the bar does come apart into sections, but only when you actually want to take it apart. This is a well made, well designed set, and offers a wide variety of exercises you can do. It is truly a good value for getting in shape or maintaining once you are in shape. And yes, it is available in a range of colors.

The pilates bar kit looks accurate to the product photos and arrived in perfect condition. It comes with a workout guide, the pilates bar, 2 hand grips, 2 ankle straps, 6 resistance bands, door anchor and a storage bag. All the pieces feel like they’re good quality for the price. I love that most of the pieces are pink. The workout guide has 25 great exercises to try as you’re getting started. The resistance bands come in 3 different weights (20lbs, 30lbs and 40lbs) with the shade of pink getting darker for each heavier weight.Overall, I’m satisfied. At the time of me reviewing this set, it’s selling for $28. I think it’s a nice beginner set, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re trying to do really heavy duty training.
