You get what you pay for- I obviously didn't expect it to be the same quality as BalancedBody, but this doesn't even match the photo. A lot of small details are different. It's unstable, the knobs aren't the same as in photos (they're worse), the top of the ladder is only held on by screws (hello head injury!)... and the fabric is disgusting. No logo on it, it isn't the same brand. It's wobbly and the bottom pedal just sits on the wood frame, it doesn't attach in any way. Just save up and buy the real deal! This isn't worth it!

I got this to be able to practice at home. I love the sturdiness of this ladder barrel. It came in a giant crate that I had to schedule an additional trash pickup for, I wish I had known that beforehand. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with this item.

this is a gym grade piece of equipment... very well made.you might need to be a little bit handy for the assembly, but nothing difficult, self explanatory if you are handy, but it did come with instructions...the unit really offers a lot of stretch positions I have introduced into my daily routine that otherwise are too difficult to accomplish... my girlfriend is much better than me, as she is more flexible. Great pictures in manual showing all the potential of this incredible fitness tool. Don't over do it, or you will feel it the next day, specially if you are tight. good for most avg heights... really enjoy exploring new things to try! A bit costly, but built to LAST and rock solid, which is important when you have your body weight relying on it... recommended...
