I wanted to give the reformer a couple workouts before I gave a review. And I have to stay wow! I'm a certified reformer instructor. I always knew I was going to upgrade my cheaper reformer once I got better with my practice with this reformer has exceeded all expectations, especially for the price point. It's a little lower than I am used to, but nothing that impeees any of my flow.The padding on the foot bar is even extremely well done, really minimizes issues. The box it came with is extremely short (barely as tall as the shoulder blocks) and that did not work so I kept my old aero Pilates box. The jump board could be taller, but I actually am glad it's as wide as the foot bar, instead. It glides easy it's very quiet and it's as long as I need to do some more advanced moves.I am extremely happy with this performer and how it was delivered and I would absolutely recommend it.

I was scared to take a chance on an expensive purchase, but I am so glad I did. The machine arrived on time and undamaged (reading other reviews of large deliveries left me leary about shipping). It was easy enough to put together once two of us wrangled it into the basement. As another buyer warned in their review, it IS foldable, but not something you are going to want to do daily or even weekly, so if you don't have dedicated space, I wouldn't recommend. The machine itself is quiet and smooth. I love it, and would highly recommend!

Really beautiful and smooth machine. The main issue is that this is marketed as a FOLDING reformer. Please be aware that this does NOT fold when fully constructed. I have reached out to the seller about this and have not received a response, just money back.I am also missing the 2nd carabiner for the foot strap (unclear if they will send). I spent so much time researching the best machine and this is too much of an investment to have this issue. Really upset because I don’t have the space to keep this out, nor the time to take apart the legs and rebuild before and after every workout. So disappointing. If you plan to keep this out, get it. If not, please don’t make the same mistake as me.

not bad—definitely looks a lot nicer than the bulky metal ones I’ve had before. I used to have a metal machine and it was super bulky, plus the springs were awful. This one is sleek and much more visually appealing. The instructions, however, are pretty bad—my husband said they were too vague, and I agree.The machine itself looks great, and the rope is extremely long, which is a plus for tall users. But there are no instructions on how to adjust or secure the ropes to keep them from dragging on the ground, which is frustrating. I don’t love how they look just hanging there, but it’s manageable.Also, be careful with the leather—it’s really fragile. Ours arrived with a small rip on the foot pedal.That said, for the price, it’s a decent deal—especially when compared to similar machines that cost around $1,000. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done and beats paying for a gym membership. When you look at it from that perspective, it’s worth it.

Super disappointed. This came with a lot of imperfections for something that should have been “new”The legs have scratches all over them and the whole thing is really dusty and gross.I haven’t used it and will be returning which is annoying due to the cost to ship it back.
