This is perfect for getting a thin and crackery pizza crust. It gets the job done fast and is easy to use. It doesn't need cleaning afterwards. Just rinse it, and you'll be ready for the next time. If you make truly homemade, thin crust pizzas at home, this is an essential item.

My husband is the pizza pro in this house. We had all the other necessary tools except this. Used to use a fork to poke holes. Now, he rolls that bad boy across the dough like a pro and the pizza doesn't end up with surprise bubbles. We'll probably pass this down to our grandchildren, it's quite well made.

Delivered in safe packaging and looks like a great kitchen tool. Gifted this so unfortunately don’t know much about its function but the recipient had been searching for one for months and was super excited to use it.

The docker doesn't need to be pressed with very much force when using. Gently glide the docker across the dough you want to be aerated. Dough will not stick to the docker, if the dough isn't too wet. When the dough is of proper consistency, it releases quickly. I have made both pizza and crackers using this docker and am very pleased with the results. This docker costs more than the plastic versions on the market, but it is sturdy and the tines will not break off.

I also wanted to use this to tenderize my steaks.

I use this to avoid getting bubbles in my pizza dough. I used to use a fork which achieved the same thing, but this is so much quicker and much more uniform. My crusts are always nice and thin.

We use this device to make holes in shortbread cookies. We used to use a fork and that took a lot of time. Now a roll over the dough and it is done. Cleanup is quick and easy with a dish brush in soap and water. Love the tool, love the cookies!
