This product worked great for about 90 days. I loved the size and easy portability between my office and home. Unfortunately, now no one can hear me even when it is fully charged.

I’ve had this headset for a couple years. Audio and microphone quality is great but I’ve had connectivity issues since I got them. I typically prefer the Bluetooth connection vs usb and I believe that is the issue. But dropping calls all the time and having to reconnect has become a hassle. I wouldn’t take the chance on buying another one.

I wish I would have switched to wireless sooner. I now cannot do my job without this. This has literally allowed me to lose weight. I use this earpiece to walk during my work meetings.Fully charged this provides 6 hours of battery life. Unfortunately some days I need more. Must put back in the case in order to charge during the workday between meetings.Can only link with two devices at once, so sometimes I have to switch over mid workday.The ear piece can easily switch between the left and right ears, which is very needed during long calls.Sound quality is excellent.

I mostly use this as my desk but there's plenty of times that I have to be on the road to go to other sites. I have YET to run down the battery on the earpiece itself let alone the rechargeable case.

Me encanta, es súper funcional, puedo tomar llamadas y alejarme tanto de la Laptop como del celular y no se corta la llamada.Se escucha genial y la persona del otro lado casi no percibe el ruido que tienes alrededor.El vendedor excelente, me llegó antes de lo que decía la aplicación y además me enviaron el pañito de regalo.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
