TL;DR:Pretty happy with this plasma cutter as a beginner. It's small and works with my existing air compressor. Sometimes it cuts out unexpectedly, but that might just be me learning. Cuts well for smaller projects, easy to use, and seems like a good deal for the price.Full Review:I'm new to plasma cutters, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but here's my take on this one. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it so far, even though I'm still figuring things out. It's a small unit, about the size of a half-gallon milk carton, so it's probably best for a home shop or hobbyist. You can definitely find bigger, more powerful ones out there. The package comes with all the connectors, hoses, tips, and adapters you need to get started. It works fine with my standard Dewalt 15 Amp air compressor, so I didn't need to buy anything special just for this. This thing can be a little finicky. I've had some trouble getting it to run consistently without stopping. It fires up quick and works great when it's going, but sometimes it just cuts out without warning. I'm guessing it might be something with the duty cycle, but it could also just be me not knowing what I'm doing yet. When it's working, the cutting performance is good. It cuts cleanly and quickly, as long as you're not trying to cut something too thick. The settings are easy to adjust, and the display is easy to read.Like I said, I'm still learning, but my experience has been mostly good. I'm not sure if the issues I'm having are because of the machine or because I'm a newbie. But my overall impression is favorable, and I think it's a good unit for small projects and beginners, especially for the price.---Product: bestarc Plasma Cutter, CUT35A 35Amps 110V Single Phase, IGBT Inverter Plasma Cutting Machine for Beginners Home DIY(CUT35A 110V)ASIN:

Great little plasma cutter. It is a great value for a small shop. It cuts great on 1/4 steel. Has plenty of power to do the job. Assembly was a breeze. Well packaged and great shipping time.

Honestly, my expectations were pretty low when I ordered this unit. How good can a low-cost plasma cutter be? But I cannot justify an expensive unit for tasks I only do every few years, so we went with this one. I am super pleased with it! The build quality is frankly amazing, for the price point. I think it is very well made. The positive terminal clamp could have been more robust, and the bracket for the air regulator was a bit flimsy, but other than these complaints, all other aspects of the cutter seem as good as on much higher priced units. My experience with plasma cutters is low, as is my skill, but I tested it on a piece of 1/8" thick angle iron, plus some 1.5mm stainless sheet. It made easy work of both, cutting them with no issues. If I was more skilled with my setup and with the use, I am sure I could have made much cleaner cuts, but this device did exactly what I needed it to do for me and I am super pleased with it.

I only have one real issue with the cutter. The water separator is very cheap, the in and outlets need to have a lot of Teflon tape to avoid leaking and the gauge doesn't turn to view it up and down. Its sideways. All in all, I would recommend this product for the price you pay. I cut through a piece of 3/8 steel like butter, with a zig zag cut.

For the price and plus a $30.00 coupon it is one of the best tool deals I ever had. It works excellent for cutting up scrap metal and pipe. It is compact and easy to move around if you have a long airline for your compressor. I run it at around 60psi. If you're are cutting 1/4 and thinner this cutter is all you need. It zips right through roofing sheets. I had an ugly pile of scrap metal thanks to this now I have organized stacks of metal. It is a pretty quiet machine your air compressor will be making most of the noise.
