Doesn't come with much in the way of information, but with some experimenting, and online searching got it figured out, not great for thicker materials, but works for 3/16" pretty well. Don't expect perfection, but great for roughing in smaller parts

Unit works as it should. For the price it’s very hard to beat. Only complaint would be the fittings for the air supply are terrible and require a lot of thread tape to seal. Consumables are very affordable.

Great little cutter for the money..it don't like rust so be ready.. good on clean metal or chrome bumpers

I have used legit $2k plasma cutters, and this model is really decent.For the money it’s amazing.I”m using it on 230v so I can turn up the amperage, and it cuts really well.I have cut up to 3/8 and was happy with the outcome. It also gouged nicely.This is amazing for the money. You should buy one and cut metal, it’s relaxing :)

Wasn’t really expecting too much, but I have used this plasma cutter since I got it, and it has not failed, I am very impressed, it’s the size of a little lunchbox, only 110 V and it cuts through quarter inch plate not a problem, all the expendable tips and pieces are easy to find and very cheapI think the people who complain about it don’t have it set up properly.If you buy this, you have to remember it’s not a $7500 Miller plasma cutter.I run a 25 gallon air compressor and I believe even smaller ones would suit it just fine

Does the job! work very well, quality seem good , definetly not Miller or Lincoln... but for the price its incredible. Im a DIY guy not a metal shop so its perfect for my needs.

For 130$ this has a lot more included than I expected. At work I have a 1000$ Hobart plasma cutter, which has a built in air compressor. This has similar performance but is much cheaper and if your buying this I'm sure you already have a compressor anyways. If anything I'd think this might be a better option being that unlike the Hobart, having a compressor external allows for more filtration to get dryer air, leading to electrodes lasting longer and likely much better air flow. I have serious doubts the Hobart is pushing air over 40 psi, which makes thicker cuts a bit challenging as the molten metal gets relocated in the previously cut areas. A little bit longer ground lead would be ideal but for 130$. Interestingly I was able to duplicate the one stars's fireworks issue by using a extreme thin long extension cord I was lazy trying to do a small cut quickly. The result was intermittent plasma. Getting a shorter more appropriate cord resolved that. So if you cannot get a steady plasma stream. Find a better power source or direct from a outlet.

Always wanted one and finally bought this. Never used one before. I decided to try it out on an old mini bike frame that looked like someone let thier kid go crazy with a welder on. It would have taken my HOURS to cut all this off with and angle grinder and a cut off wheel. I was able to cut everything off at the welds in about 15 mins total!! Some of these welds wer 1/2" thick. Blows it off like water. At low power it cut through 1/16" plate steel as fast as your hand can move and keep a straight line! Excited to do some heavier stuff! Super easy to use! Just follow the instructions. Amazing product for the price!!! If youre skeptical, let this be your deciding factor!!

Bought this to cut quarter inch mild steel plate. Extremely impressed with its ability. Cuts steel, aluminum, sheet metal with ease. Unit says it's good for 35 amps but could only get 15 to 16 amps on a regular house outlet. It was tripping the circuit. I needed to cut quarter inch steel plate, I needed at least 20 amps and I couldn't do it on the 110 volt 15 amp circuit. Bought a dryer adapter for a 20 amps and it cut no problem. I would recommend getting the 240 volt version if you have thicker steel to cut. Unit worked really well, fast cutting. You can buy regular consumables really cheap. I bought spares on Amazon really low priced. Build quality seems very good considering the price point.

I purchased this plasma cutter just over a year ago. I really didn’t start using it till the fall of 2022. It work awesome. For the first time, I did not need to worry about cutting wheels exploding in my face. I loved it and recommended to ever garage guy I knew. After having used it on various thicknesses of metal up to 1/4” about a dozen time, the little orange super box just quit working. I’ve tried everything, brand new expendables, more air and the same thing every, arch pop and air with the “over heat” light on. Maybe I just got a bad unit but I would not recommend this machine to anyone now.

I had a princess auto (Canadian harbour freight) plasma cutter and it was unsafe/unreliable and had trouble cutting 6mm plate. This little unit cut through the same 6mm plate like a hot knife through butter. Nice little unit for the price.
