The parts came to me relatively quick. There were good directions, however it did not fix my problem.. I cannot say that it was this parts error, but it looked quality made, and may work better for other systems.

Exact filter for aqua Hot annual maintenance. Replacement nozzle was an exact replacement. Once you have it apart do a thorough cleaning of the burn chamber. Check your rubbers for any damage and wires and fuel connections for any leaks or damage. This kit worked perfect and continues to keep my unit running flawlessly. It's an easy one to two hour maintenance project. Definitely recommend hose clamps to pinch the fuel lines to prevent fuel leaks during maintenance.

Aqua Hot changed the nozzle they used to recommend for my unit. This kit includes the new nozzle and a fuel filter. Different kits are available for the different models and filters. Replace these items annually even if your Aqua Hot is working properly. I have the model 450D.When I replace the filter and nozzle I also check the spark gap (if your unit is working properly there is no need to adjust it), wipe off the flame sensor, and lightly brush the photo disk with a small wire brush and wipe it off. The motor must be removed first by clamping and disconnecting both fuel lines and loosening the two screws holding the motor on. You also will need to disconnect two cables. They are keyed so you cannot reinstall them incorrectly. With the motor still out I pull out the combustion chamber, clean it with a wire brush, wipe it down, then put everything back together. If you decide to do your own maintenance as I do here are some items to consider:1. You will need a pair of pinch clamps to pinch off your fuel lines. I use the Lisle 22850 Hose Pincher, $6.87 from Amazon.2. You don't need to take anything else apart other than removing the motor as previously described.3. Locate and disconnect your fuse first and reinstall it last. Make sure you pulled the correct fuse by verifying that your inside Aqua Hot switch panel no longer lights up. Leave the switches off for safety.4. Don't worry about getting the cleaning perfect. The photo disk will be discolored and you won't get all of the soot out of the combustion chamber. Wipe the photo sensor lightly. It looks like a small photo cell and is mounted under a cutout on the photo disk.5. Refer to the service manual annual maintenance section for your model. There are lots of drawings, photos, and good descriptions and instructions. If you follow the instructions this is a fairly simple procedure.6. Don't use any chemicals unless the manual tells you to.7. The manual will show you where the combustion chamber gasket is located. There is no need for you to remove it and, if you do, you will have to replace it with a new one. I purchased a gasket three years ago and it's still in the box. The combustion chamber pulls straight out.8. When you turn your unit back on there will be some exhaust smoke. Once any leftover loose soot in the combustion chamber burns off the smoke will stop. It should last no more than a few minutes.9. I am not a mechanic. The entire process takes me about an hour. Calling a mobile RV mechanic will take him about an hour as well plus the cost of getting him to your site and he probably won't do any of the cleaning.
