Like the style and feel, material is a bit thin. But no problems woth durability so far for a synthetic boot. Also read the reviews on sizing. Mine was a size to large than my normal size. (9 1/2, fit like a 10, 10 1/2) had about an inch of slack from toe to tip of boot. Over all good boot, and if styles what your going for then purchase.

Updated review (2020, original below): I still have these and they still look good. No issues with the wear and tear. Although, I wouldn't suggest these as work boots. I ordered a new pair to replace these once they finally wear out. On the new order I didn't have the issue with the mismatched stitching. I will probably keep buying these until they stop selling them. I almost prefer the fake leather since it lasts longer in my experience.Old review (2017): I was a little upset that the first pair I ordered didn't match. However, the second pair look great. They are really good boots, especially for the price. I haven't had any issues with the new pair. I am just dreading if these start to deteriorate like I've read on other Polar Fox boot reviews. Despite the seemingly lower quality material they are beautiful boots. I'd just rather have this style with more quality materials rather than faux, so I could count on them lasting. They don't feel like they are going to fall apart or anything but I'd easily pay $60-$100 bucks for a pair just like this but made with higher end and sturdy materials. However, if these stand the test of time, I'll be very happy.

These were a great value and very stylish. I was able to get the brown and black pair for less than I would pay for a similiar boot from a big national brand. They fit well and were very comfortable. I am on my feet the majority of the day on my job, which is to train new employees for customer service, so I am standing most of the day while training. Even when working long 10 hour shifts I didn't recognize a huge difference between the way my feet felt at the end of the day after wearing these or $150 sneakers.

Love them. Though I haven’t had a chance to wear them in wet weather, they did quite nicely doing heavy city walking for a few days in 40 degree climate. I’d feel comfortable wearing them around the 30s. They’re a stylish, pretty sturdy, low boot, comfortable and lined like house slippers, great for cold weather. As with most work-type boots, heavy hiking will fatigue your feet but moderate foot travel is quite comfortable. The zippers also made them very practical to put on and take off quickly, unlike most men’s boots. These come with removable inserts I replaced with better ones, but was still understandably uncomfortable after doing 12 miles, 2 days in a row. Still, the shoes held up just fine. Note that inserts do make them a snug fit. Probably not the best option for messy, muddy or very wet weather.

The boots look great, they seem to have solid construction, but time will tell. They're warm and mostly comfortable, but they're a little stiff, hopefully they'll break in.However, the company's quality control is abismal. I've have to return the shoes twice before I got a pair that was in good condition. The first pair of boots had mis-matched stitching between the shoes, and the second had a broken zipper on the left shoe.So, so far, they seem to be nice boots, but they're only worth it if you don't mind returning them until you get a decent pair.

I like these boots for the price. The quality feels a little cheap, but they are really comfortable. My main problem with these are they fit way too large. I probably need to go down 1 1/2 size in order to get a proper fit. As of now, they seem durable, but I'll update if they suddenly fall apart.Note: they do have kind of a odor. It fades after a few wears

Real nice and stylish boots. Suprisingly size 9 fit well for my size 9 feet.Wear them for a month, every day now, and they held well. Very warm when walking outside, but still comfortable in the office. I can slide my feet in without untieing. But then they stay on very well during walking.The only problem - I wish they were real leather. I'd pay 3 times more for exact same model in leather!
