The bolts that are pre-welded on the bottom mounting plate must have been heated too much during the welding process and weakened the bolts. I used a 1/4” socket and it never even got snug. Everything else seems to be well made, but this is a fatal flaw. Thank goodness it didn’t have my gun in it and I wasn’t blazing down a trail with my favorite rifle on board when it showed itself.Wish they had just made it with some normal bolts, nuts, and either a lock washer or locking nut. Now I have to drill out the remaining bolt and solve the puzzle on my own.
