Very slow shipping from jet skis international took a extra week to get it the thermostat fit like oem because it was oem and also make sure u order the rubber o ring separate because it not with the thermostat.

Was plagued with overheating of my 2018 RZR. After many failed attempts to bleed, replaced the water pump out of frustration. Didn't help. Also tried heating the thermostat in hot water to observe opening. It opened/closed but not at the correct temp. Decided to replace the thermostat as nothing else fixed the problem. Turned out, it was the thermostat after all.

I already had a gallon of 50/50 antifreeze that was partially used. When this came in I viewed a Youtube and went to work. The old thermostat came right out and the new one went right in. I then filled the radiator and overflow reservoir. The system was easy to bleed and the Polaris Ranger 570 EFI was back to work. It is doing great and no overheating at all. I talked to a Polaris dealer about how much it would cost so I would have paid $172 verses the $25 I paid for the thermostat and since I already had the antifreeze, that is all I am out. Also, there was a 10 day waiting period and I got this in about 3 days so it was back to work a week before they could touch it.
