Item looked good, but was registered / managed by a school district in Missouri. Called Polycom tech support and they informed me that this cannot be undone except by the previous owner. There is no way to unclaim and repurpose the phone. I'm attempting to return the item to the seller.

Purchased this renewed Poly CCX 500 desk phone (with handset) for use with Microsoft Teams. Initial device received was provisioned just fine but would not transmit (could hear remote party; remote party could not hear me). Contacted the vendor (Three Kings Telecom) per the information provided on the enclosed Amazon Renewed Guarantee information card and was immediately shipped a replacement which was complete, worked right out of the box, and included a free shipping label to return the defective device. Very pleased with this Amazon Renewed experience; would not hesitate to purchase another device renewed by Three Kings Telecom. Very pleased with the both the product (long time user of Polycom products) as well as the service and support provided by Three Kings Telecom. Highly recommended.
